A weekend inside the method for Pilates teachers.
It unfolds in curves — periods of learning, questioning, rediscovery, and refinement. Learning Curves explores those moments through practice and reflection.
This is not an A-Z program with a finish line. It is time inside the method.
It’s a series of weekends for teachers who want to reconnect with the work and their own practice — again and again.
Each weekend includes:
Each Learning Curve begins focused on a concept or area of curiosity — a simple idea that opens up exploration rather than narrowing it. We’ll work through exercises and sequences, analyze their structure, and explore how they translate into your own practice and teaching.
The weekend organically evolves through interactions with the group but remains grounded in the same commitment: practicing the method together, and workshopping meaningful ideas and concepts.
No matter the focus, the weekend will always address Pilates as a comprehensive system and cover more than a singular topic.
This is continuing education that actually meets you where you’re at.
For those who wish to expand on the weekend, additional sessions on Fridays and Mondays can be added for deeper personal practice, focused study, and individual feedback.
Learning Curves are intentionally repeatable. The work may be familiar, but the experience of the work continues to evolve. Each time you return, you encounter the method — and yourself — differently, which is why no two weekends are the same.
Come as you are.
Take what you need.
Come back anytime.

No. Each Learning Curve edition utilizes a “focus” to get the weekend and the conversation started. It is often just a simple thought, a concept, perhaps a movement pattern or a teaching skill but from there, the weekend will evolve naturally through the group’s practice.
Think of the “focus” as a through line, a lens through which we can make new discoveries in the work. We will always approach Pilates as a comprehensive exercise system and cover much more than the theme lets on.
In other words: don’t come “for the focus” – come to indulge your curiosity, nourish your practice, and to spend time in the method.
The themes may repeat over time, but no two weekends will be the same: Learning Curves are intentionally repeatable and as our understanding evolves, so does our experience of a weekend spent in the work.
No. Learning Curves exist in the shared studio space only. For remote opportunities, keep an eye out for the Method Sessions (a series of short deep-dives into a singular exercise or exercise sequence review) launching by the end of 2026.
Each workshop is limited to 12 active participants. After you sign up, I’ll follow up personally with details to complete your registration.

Focus: Activations & Flows - The (Not So) Basic Repertoire
Let’s establish the true “basics” of the traditional Pilates method and how to practice them cleanly and effectively (forever, if needed). The weekend will include the breakdowns of useful “advanced” material to enrich the practice at any level.
Focus: Squats, Splits, And Balances
This weekend will emphasize lower body alignment and strength-building, by looking at one of the perhaps most fundamental elements of the traditional Pilates method: building fitness from the ground up. Includes upright/standing repertoire.
Focus: From Head To Toes, The Small Apparatus
The smaller inventions inside the Pilates studio don’t often get the love and appreciation they deserve. This weekend, we’ll pull all the props out from under the Cadillac and learn to use AND integrate them into our practice.
Focus: Going upside down & the internal shower
Backbends, inversions, undulations, oh my. During this weekend we’ll seek purpose and remove fears, in the exercise repertoire where circulation and skill-progression is the main goal.
